The compact, mains-connected Krema Ice Maker sits neatly alongside your 400 Series and keeps a steady supply of clean ice ready to go. It makes up to 30kg of ice across 24 hours — 32 cubes per 11–20 minute cycle — with adjustable cube thickness, a 24-hour timer, and low-water and full-bin alarms. A self-cleaning function and an included ice scoop keep upkeep minimal. It's rented as a simple add-on to your 400 Series.

It's not the sweet, ice-cream-style iced coffee from a servo fridge; it's the real, barista-style version, made fresh at the machine.

We supply iced coffee-style disposable cups made for the job — larger than a standard coffee cup, so they hold a proper café-sized iced coffee with room for ice. They give every drink the right look and feel, and they're available from Krema as an optional consumable whenever you need them.
Can you have iced coffee without milk?
Yes — iced coffee is great black, with no milk at all. Just espresso over ice: crisp, refreshing and lower in kilojoules, which makes it a popular choice for anyone watching their intake or simply after something lighter on a warm day. Same simple steps at the machine, milk optional.

For most workplaces, yes. The Ice Maker produces up to 30kg of ice across 24 hours and holds 4kg in the bin ready to use, topping up automatically on a short cycle. We'll help you gauge it against your team size.
Is it hard to maintain?
No. It's mains connected so there's no refilling, it has a self-cleaning function, and it alerts you to low water or a full bin. Like the rest of your Krema setup, it's built to run with minimal effort.
