How do we choose the right coffee for our team?

Milk-based drinkers (flat whites, lattes) suit a smooth, balanced blend like Essence or Clarity; black coffee drinkers (espresso, long blacks) tend to prefer something bolder like Intensity. Most offices land on one versatile blend that covers both — or two, to suit a mix of tastes. We'll help you choose.
Should we offer more than one blend?
If your team's tastes vary, two is the sweet spot: one smooth everyday blend for broad appeal, and one stronger blend for the black-coffee drinkers. It gives people genuine choice without overcomplicating the setup.
Do different blends really make a difference?

Where does Krema's coffee come from, and is it ethically sourced?
Yes. Krema works with specialist roasting partners who prioritise responsible sourcing — building direct grower relationships that support fair trade and community development. Beans are sourced across South America, Africa and Asia, and every blend is roasted in Australia. Our Clarity and Intensity blends are soon to be Rainforest Alliance Certified in late 2026.
Is the coffee roasted in Australia?
Yes — every Krema blend is roasted in Australia, then supplied fresh to your workplace. Local roasting means better freshness and a shorter, more accountable supply chain.
Supply, Consistency & Flexibility
Do we have to reorder coffee, or is that managed?
It's managed. Coffee supply is handled through KremaCare, with stock tracked and replenished before you run low — so the machine never sits empty and no one on your team has to remember to order.
Can we change or trial blends later?
Yes. As part of a managed Krema service, you're not locked to your first choice — if your team's preferences shift, we'll adjust the blend or add a second. It's easy to trial options and settle on what your workplace enjoys most.
