Locations FAQs
National Coverage & KremaAnywhere
Does Krema service businesses outside the capital cities?
Yes. For the bigger regional cities including Newcastle, Geelong, Hobart, Darwin and Gold Coast, Krema delivers the same fully managed workplace coffee service enjoyed by the major cities.
For smaller regional cities (e.g Goulburn or Albury/Wodonga), Krema offers KremaAnywhere — the same premium equipment and ethically sourced blends, with remote-first support that ensures great coffee and service continuity. Perfect for organisations with city and regional offices looking to consolidate their coffee service with one trusted national supplier.
How is KremaAnywhere different from Krema's standard metro service?
CBD and metro sites are supported by the full KremaCare service package that includes professional installation, regular machine servicing, and rapid response callouts should anything go wrong.
Regional and remote sites are supported through KremaAnywhere — pre-tested equipment, guided setup, and remote phone support — eliminating the dependence on physical callouts, whilst maintaining a high level of coffee quality and machine reliability.
Does KremaCare apply for all Australian capital cities?
Yes. Our fully managed, 'no hassles' KremaCare service is offered to all capital cities in Australia. Plus major regional cities including: Geelong, Newcastle, and Gold Coast.
What happens if something goes wrong with a regional machine?
Every machine comes with a QR code linking to easy-to-follow troubleshooting videos on the Krema YouTube channel. If that doesn't resolve it, Krema's team provides remote phone assistance to fix issues quickly. And if an issue can't be resolved remotely, a simple swap-n-go replacement machine is sent out — so your team is never left without coffee.
Coffee Machines & Blends
What coffee machines are available for my site?
For city metro sites, Krema's range spans the 340, 360, 400, and 450P Series, so equipment can be matched to office size and usage — plus manual barista machines from La Marzocco and Fiamma for teams after a true cafe experience.
For regional sites, Krema offers the 340 Series, chosen for its reliability, ease of use, and capacity.
What coffee blends are available?
Krema offers four distinct coffee blends, each with its own flavour profile — from the smooth, easy drinking of Essence, to the everyday appeal of Clarity, the rich, Italian-style Synergy, and the bold character of Intensity. There's a Krema blend to suit every taste.
All Krema blends are ethically and sustainably sourced, with our Clarity and Intensity blends carrying Rainforest Alliance Certification, ensuring the beans are grown on farms independently audited against rigorous standards for forest protection, biodiversity, and farmer livelihoods.
Is Krema's coffee ethically sourced?
Yes. Krema's blends are roasted in Australia through partners committed to responsible sourcing, fair trade and community development, with traceable supply chains. Our Clarity and Intensity Blends are Rainforest Alliance Certified - one of the world's most respected indicators of an ethical and sustainable supply chain.
Getting Started
How do I know if my site is suitable for a coffee machine?
For metro sites, suitability is confirmed through a site consultation or phone conversation with the Krema team. For regional and remote sites, Krema provides a checklist covering the essentials — bench space, power, and water access — so you can confirm suitability yourself before a machine is dispatched.
Is there an upfront cost?
No. Krema's rental model is a fully managed solution with no upfront cost, covering equipment, blends, and support.
How long does the process take if I'm in a remote location?
The four-step process — Check, Dispatch, Setup, Support — is designed to get your site running with minimal disruption. Once the site checklist is signed off, your machine is dispatched for delivery to regional and remote locations within 7 days.
